Whaddon Healthcare use a system called SystmConnect for the following services:

• Medical requests (e.g. New conditions, follow up appointments)
• Admin requests (e.g. Fit notes, test results, letters)
• Medication (prescription) queries and requests
• Appointment requests
• General enquiries

SystmConnect is the total triage and online consultation platform that enables effective online communication between Whaddon Healthcare and our patients.

Patients can navigate via our online gateway and submit requests directly into us. 

SystmConnect has been developed in line with NHS England’s Digital Pathways Framework, and fully meets the Framework requirements.

We use SystmConnect to:

• Enhance the patient experience 
• Enhance patients’ ability to seek medical assistance. 
• Easy to navigate, allowing patients to submit requests without needing to remember multiple passwords. 
• Integrate with NHS services, allowing for seamless interaction and efficient processing of patient requests. 
• Patients receive replies via their preferred communication method
