●      Within the app, you can see a list of your available repeat medications. Simply tick the items you need to order.

●      You must nominate a pharmacy in the app for your prescription to be sent to electronically.

●      Remember to allow three full working days for the practice to process your request before you try to collect your medication.

Once you submit your request through the app, it is sent securely and directly to our practice's clinical system. Our team will then review and process your request.

Please allow three full working days for this to be completed. Your approved prescription will then be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy, ready for you to collect.
