ACCURX
We want to improve access to patients and provide one avenue of communication. We aim to streamline our processes, to ensure the best possible care and attention is given to our patients.
Accurx is a communication tool that is designed to link your contact with the surgery, directly to your records. It is an online service that allows you to communicate with the surgery easily, instead of waiting in a call queue.
Once the system is fully intergrated, patients will be able to request appointments, request medication, make a general enquiry, reply to messages and complete medical questionnaires.
From 04/03/2024 Whaddon Healthcare will be launching the admin function, for a quick demonstration please visit app.arcade.software/share/p630RPsnZVkSeUtWG7zc
Our practice team will be here to help you with the new system. Thank you for your continued support.
