Prescriptions
NHS Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is making changes to the way repeat prescriptions are ordered to improve patient experience and reduce costs.
How to request a repeat prescription
You can make a repeat prescription request to the surgery in a number of ways:
- By completing our online form
- Via our online services. If you are not registered to use this service, please complete our Register for Online Services form.
- Through your local pharmacy
- By post
- In person by leaving a note / the tear-off slip from your last prescription, and ticking the required medication.
Please allow two-three days notice for us to process your request.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication can complete our online Medication Review form, if they have been requested to do so by the practice.
Alternatively, patients will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. Notifications of when this is due should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
