Travel Risk Assessment

If you are travelling abroad please make sure you contact us in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary. To help the Travel Nurses assess your travel needs it is important that they are in receipt of the assessment form before your appointment.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible (at least 6 weeks before you travel) as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
